29 new deals spread across affiliate marketing, SEO, PPC and display practice areas
dealgroupmedia (UK) Ltd (dgm), a leading online marketing company and the UK’s first affiliate marketing network, has signed 29 new deals in the first quarter of 2008 following the management buyout of the company in December last year.
New wins include William Hill Bingo, Fashion Capital, and TheOnlineTicketShop.com. Further to this several deals were renewed including AVIS, Cantor Index, Eclipse Internet, Mobileshop, and THUS.
“We are delighted to be working with such a large number of new companies from such a wide range of different industries,” said Carl Davis, Managing Director of dgm. “Since our MBO last year we have been able to deliver an increasingly customer-focused service that is more agile and responsive to customers’ overall online marketing needs and this has resulted in the growth we have seen in our affiliate marketing, SEO, PPC and display practices.”
The first quarter wins follows the restructuring of dgm’s senior management team in January. The restructure placed long-standing dgm staffer Nicky Applegarth in the newly created role of Director of Digital Services who advises clients on the best overall mix of online marketing tools. The restructure also saw the appointment of Emma Boyce as Sales Director, who is responsible for acquiring all new business as well as developing existing business alongside Applegarth.
“We are immensely proud of what we have accomplished in our first quarter after the management buyout,” Davis continued. “I would like to thank everyone at dgm for their hard work in making Q1 such a success and with lots more hard work yet to do we’re looking forward to even better results in Q2.”
